This is What Gives episode # 1

There she is, sketching on the wall. It is her father's, which also her boss.
She worked with him for this school break so the more reason to come here.
She is sketching a flower. Quite beautiful for a sketch. It is half finished. Maybe I should help her a bit.
She just smiled and say, "Hey, what gives?"
I smile back, avoiding her backhand swing. Not that it will hurt, but just for the hell of it.
"Hey, what if I'm someone you do not know, would you give all out back just then?
"
"Do what?
" She looked puzzled with that frown you'll notice when this sort of thing going on.
"That thing you just did when I was perfecting your sketch"
"Yeah right". We both laugh but the question remains.
